Organizational model for the management of patients with chronic allergic conditions

IntroductionAllergic conditions present a serious problem for the Polish population. The most common form of allergy is allergic rhinitis. Due to its chronic nature and a complex pathophysiological mechanism the allergic rhinitis could be associated with others comorbidities. That is why it is a poses a considerable bio-psychosocial problem both for the affected individual patient and for the healthcare system.
