妊娠糖尿病孕妇静脉血与新生儿脐带血中血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性研究

     

摘要

目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)孕妇静脉血及新生儿脐带血中血糖(Glu)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平的相关性.方法 应用葡萄糖氧化酶法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分别检测观察组和对照组孕妇静脉血及新生儿脐带血中的Glu和HbA1c水平,并进行分析.结果 观察组孕妇静脉血Glu和HbA1c水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).但其新生儿脐带血与对照组相比,Glu水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HbA1c水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).观察组新生儿脐带血HbA1c水平明显高于其母血HbA1c水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而对照组新生儿脐带血HbA1c水平较其母血HbA1c水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 孕期母体摄入的糖分直接决定了新生儿脐带血中的Glu和HbA1c水平,且孕妇摄入过量的糖分对胎儿造成的影响更大.%Objective To analyze the correlation between blood glucose ( Glu ), glycated hemoglobin ( 11bAlc ) level in the venous blood of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM )and that in the umbilical cord blood of neonates. Methods The glucose oxidase method and agarose gel electrophoresis were used to detect the observation group and control group of venous blood of pregnant women and umbilical cord blood Glu and 11bAlc levels, and then results were statistically analyzed. Results Glu and 11bAlc levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 01 ) , and difference was statistically significant, but the Glu level of umbilical cord blood made no statistical difference with that in the control group( P > 0. 05 ),while the 11bAlc level did( P < 0. 01 ). In the observation group, 11bAlc levels in the umbilical cord blood were significantly higher than those in maternal blood,the difference was statistically significant; In the control group, 11bAlc levels in the umbilical cord blood made no statistical difference with those in maternal blood( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion The maternal intake of sugar during pregnancy directly determines the Glu and 11bAl c levels in cord blood, and excessive intake of sugar has greater impact on the fetus.
