目的：分析浙江省苍南县妇女宫颈HPV感染及其型别与宫颈病变的关系。方法：对我院妇科门诊8282例患者进行HPV检测及TCT检查。结果：HPV检测结果与TCT检查结果相结合显示，8282例患者中，感染HPV的阳性率分别为正常9．47％，ASC－US 60．17％，AGC 40％，ASC－H 80．23％，LSIL 70．16％，HISL 100％，SCC 100％，HPV感染阳性率随宫颈病变程度加重而明显升高。8282例患者中HPV的总感染率为13．56％，在HPV23种亚型中，有20种亚型均被检测出，感染率最高的两种是HPV16为17．36％和HPV58为15．94％。结论：浙江省苍南县妇女宫颈HPV感染的主要亚型是HPV16及HPV58，HPV感染阳性率随宫颈病变程度的加重而增高。提示宫颈癌的防治重点应在对宫颈HPV感染的防治上。%Objective ]To analyze the relationship between cervical HPV infection and cervical lesions in Cangnan County , Zhejiang province .[Method] 8282 cases of gynecological clinic in our hospital were detected by HPV and TCT .[Result] The HPV test and TCT examination results were combined ,in 8282 patients ,the positive rate of HPV infection were 9 .47% in nor-mal ,60 .17% in ASC-US ,40% in AGC ,80 .23% in ASC-H ,70 .16% in LSIL ,100% in HISL ,100% in SCC ,respec-tively ,HPV infection positive rate increased with the degree of cervical lesions .The total infection rate of HPV in 8282 cases was 13 .56% .In the type of HPV23 ,20 subtypes were detected .The highest infection rate was in two types ,HPV16 was 17 . 36% and HPV58 was 15 .94% . [Conclusion] The main subtypes of cervical HPV infection in Cangnan County of Zhejiang province were HPV16 and HPV58 ,and the positive rate of HPV infection increased with the degree of cervical lesions .The prevention and treatment of cervical cancer should be under the prevention and treatment of cervical HPV infection .
