参麦注射液不良反应调查及其影响因素分析

摘要

目的：了解参麦临床使用情况及不良反应发生率、发生类型及构成，探讨影响参麦注射液发生药物不良反应发生的相关因素。方法通过检索医药学期刊数据库文献，对患者使用参麦注射液的临床特点及影响参麦注射液的不良反应相关因素进行统计，采用SPSS软件对参麦注射液不良反应的影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果参麦注射液主要不良反应是过敏反应，影响其不良反应发生的因素有性别，单次给药剂量，静脉滴注速度，发生不良反应的时间。结论临床使用参麦注射液的过程中要根据患者的年龄和性别选择合适的给药方式，在关键时间点密切观察，确保患者用药安全。%Objective To analyze how Shenmai injection was applied to inpatients and the type of adverse reactions(ADR),the incidence of each type and the relevant influence factors of the ADR. Methods By searching the literature andusing SPSS software to have a Logistic regression analysis on the clinical characteristics of patients with ginseng injection and the relevant influence factors of the ADR. Results The main adverse reaction was allergic reaction,There were four significant factors by univariate analysis(P<0.05):gender,single drug doses,Intravenous drip speed,allergy time. Conclusion Clinicians should choose proper type of delivery according to patient's age and gender,ensure patients witn drugs safety.
