利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定异戊二烯中的环戊二烯含量

摘要

he cyclopentadiene was separated from isoprene sample with polar capillary column using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The response value of cyclopentadiene was measured by mass spectrometry detector. The amount of cyclopentadiene was calculated by quantitative ion with external standard method. The results were satisfactory.%采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪，用极性毛细管柱分离出异戊二烯试样中的环戊二烯，由质谱检测器测量环戊二烯的响应值，用定量离子外标法计算环戊二烯含量，测试结果令人满意。
