亚临界流体萃取贡菊净油的工艺优化

         

摘要

为了解决传统溶剂萃取贡菊净油过程中溶剂残留和香味物质损失的问题,通过二甲醚亚临界萃取贡菊的单因素实验及正交实验,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间及液固比对萃取提取率的影响,确定了二甲醚亚临界萃取提取贡菊净油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,各影响因素对贡菊净油提取率作用的大小依次为:萃取压力>液固比>萃取温度>萃取时间。最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力0.5MPa、萃取温度20℃、萃取时间3 h、液固比7∶1 mL/g,贡菊净油提取率平均值为4.19%。该净油可提升烟草香气丰富性,能赋予卷烟产品独特的风格特征,明显提升卷烟的抽吸品质。优化得到的工艺可提高贡菊净油的得率,工艺可行稳定。%In order to solve the residues and aroma constituents serious in traditional solvent extraction process,by using tribute chrysanthemum as raw material,DME subcritical fluid was used to extract tribute chrysanthemum essential oil.By studying the extraction pressure,temperature,time and materials ratio,the optimum conditions of the DME subcritical fluid extraction technology to extract tribute with single factor ex-periment and orthogonal experiment was determined .The results showed that effects of factors on the yield of tribute chrysanthemum absolutes were as follows:pressure > material ratio >temperature > time,within the scope of the test.The best process parameters:extraction pressure was 0.5 MPa,temperature was 20℃, time was 3 h,liquid -to -solid ratio was 7∶1,and the average yield of tribute chrysanthemum absolutes was 4.19% in this condition.The sensory evaluation showed that the essence obviously enhanced tobacco’s a-bundant aroma,and imparted a unique stylish character to tobacco.The optimized parameters increased the yield of essence,and the extraction process was feasible and stable.
