新时期教学秘书温情管理模式探究

摘要

Academic administration is an important part of the university’s management work. In building a harmonious society of today, the university’s academic administration must do with the times, learn warmth management, in order to offer teachers and students better services. In this paper, through secretary working practice and personal experiences, I analyze the status of educational administration and management, and discuss the application of warmth management in academic administration.%　　教务管理工作，是高校管理工作中的一个重要环节。在构建和谐社会的今天，高校的教务管理工作也必须做到与时俱进，温情管理，才能更好地为教师和学生服务。本文从笔者从事教学秘书工作的实践和切身体会出发，对现有的教务管理队伍工作现状进行了分析，并探究了温情管理在教务管理工作中的应用
