新疆三甲医院劳动用工现状评价研究

             

摘要

目的:了解新疆3所三甲医院劳动用工现状,针对存在的问题提出建议,旨在促进新疆三甲医院劳动用工管理水平的提升。方法采用现状调查法调取3所医院相关数据,运用TOPSIS法对劳动用工现状进行评价。结果劳动用工得分最高的是C医院,B医院次之,得分最低的是A医院。结论劳动用工是和谐劳动人事关系的基础,医院只有把基础夯实,才能更好的开展各项工作。%Objective To understand the situation of labor employment of three 3A grade hospitals, and to analyze its influence factors so as to give some suggestions, finally promote the level of labor employment in Xinjiang 3A grade hospitals. Methods The data from three hospitals were obtained by present situation investigation. The labor employment situation were studied by TOPSIS method. Results The evaluation scores in hospital B was highest, hospital C took the second place, and hospital A scored lowest. Conclusion labor employment is the basis of harmonious labor relation. Hospital Administer only can carry out all work better on the basis of harmonious labor relation.
