目的：通过对新疆本专科护生职业态度的现况调查，分析其影响因素，为科学合理开展护生职业态度的教育指导、决策管理提供可借鉴的方法依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法抽取新疆医科大学与石河子大学2010-2013届全日制护理本科及高职生共260人进行问卷调查。结果护生职业态度平均得分为（3.89±0.81）分，处于“态度一般”水平。从影响职业态度的单因素分析结果来看，不同性别、不同志愿选择及是否独生子女比较，其职业态度得分差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论新疆地区本科护生的职业态度得分偏低，护理教育者及护理管理者应实施有针对性的专业教育，端正护生的职业态度，稳定护士队伍，留住人才，用好人才，促进护理事业的可持续发展。%Objective To analyze the influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students' professional attitude in Xinjiang, and to provide reference for the educational guidance and decision-making management of nursing students' professional attitude. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 260 students from Xinjiang Medical University and Shihezi University 2010-2013 full-time nursing students by convenience sampling. Results The average score of nursing students' professional attitude was (3.89±0.81), which was in the"general"level. From the result of analysis on professional attitude of single factor, different gender, different choice, and whether being only child, their professional attitude score difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The score of undergraduate nursing students in Xinjiang Vocational attitude were low, nursing education and nursing administrators should implement for professional education, correct nursing students' professional attitude, stabilize the nursing team, retain talent, make good use of talents and promote the sustainable development of the nursing profession.
