翅碱蓬花青素提取方法研究

         

摘要

[目的]扩展天然抗氧化剂色素花青素的来源,发展盐生植物的高值应用.[方法]采用传统的有机溶剂提取方式,以翅碱蓬为原料,首次采用三种不同提取方法提取其中花青素,三种方法包括A:纯化后浸提法B:去脂后浸提法C:匀浆浸提法,通过分光光度法比较三种提取液的可见光吸收光谱及最大吸收波长处吸光度值,由此比较溶液总花色苷浓度,并通过pH示差法测定单体花青素含量.[结果]去脂后浸提法提取液吸光度值最大,总花色苷浓度最高,纯化后浸提法提取液中单体花青素含量最高.[结论]不同方法所得提取物花青素含量的研究和比较,可以根据对提取效果的要求选择适合的提取方法,更充分更高效地利用翅碱蓬这一重要花色素来源.%[ Objective ] In order to extend the source of anthocyanin which is a kind of natural anti -oxidant pigment, and develop high value application of halophytes. [ Method ] Based on the traditional organic solvent extraction, the Suaeda heteroptera of halophyte was used as raw material, the anthocyanins of the material extracted by three different extraction methods for the first time were studied; A; purified before leaching extraction; B; fat freeing before leaching extraction method; C; homogenated before leaching extraction. Via absorption spectra, the absorbance values at maximum absorption wavelength of the extract based on spectrophotometry were compared and the total content of monomeric anthocyanins was determined by the pH differential method. [ Result] Through the study of extracts gained by three extraction methods, the result showed that the extract of method B had maximum absorption and the highest content of total anthocyanins, the extract of method A had the highest content of monomeric anthocyanins. [ Conclusion]The experiments could better study and compare the anthocyanins content of extracts gained from the Suaeda heteroptera of halophyte by different methods, and more appropriate extraction method could be selected based on the extraction efficiency requirements in order to more fully and more efficiently make use of the Suaeda heteroptera of halophyte which is an important source of anthocyanins.
