一种旱地移栽机循环垂插式插秧机构的设计与分析

     

摘要

The paper puts forward a vertical circulation pluggable planting mechanism based on the dibble-type transplanter. The model is created by Pro/Engineer and the motion simulation analysis is carried on by ADAMS. The result shows that the mechanism's best characteristics coefficient is related to planting depth and it should be near of 1.1 at general planting with a bit of adjustment range. Also, the way of the vertical circulation pluggable planting mechanism works has the amazing characteris-tics of high seeding upright degree, reliable soil covering and good film protection. It provides a nonirrigated farmland trans-planting machine's optimization for the design.%论文在传统吊杯式移栽机基础上,提出了一种循环垂插式的旱地移栽机的插秧机构。利用Pro/Engineer、ADAMS建立其三维模型并进行运动学分析。结果表明,此机构最佳特征系数λ与栽种深度有关,栽种最佳特征系数在λ=1.1左右,并具有一定的可调性。用此机构移栽具有秧苗直立度高、覆土可靠、保护薄膜等优势,为旱地移栽机的结构优化提供了一种新型设计方案。
