目的：探讨不同分子分型的HER-2阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特征。方法根据ER、PR、HER2、Ki16的表达情况将乳腺癌分为luminal A、luminal B、Her2过度表达型、三阴型及未知类型五种类型，其中HER-2阴性者为luminal A及三阴型乳腺癌。在2003年3月至2008年3月间于我院就诊的325例乳腺癌患者中筛选出HER-2表达阴性的luminal A型及三阴型乳腺癌患者共80例，观察这两种类型的病理特征，并探讨其预后情况。结果58例luminal A乳腺癌患者在组织学分级中，Ⅲ级46例（79.3%），Ⅱ级12例（20.7%），早期淋巴转移21例（36.2%）；三阴型乳腺癌22例，组织学分级以Ⅱ级为主，16例（72.7%），Ⅲ级4例（18.2%），Ⅰ2例（9.1%），早期淋巴转移15例（68.2%）。结论 luminal A型乳腺癌的组织分化低，恶性程度较低，侵袭性低，预后较为良好；三阴型乳腺癌分化程度高，容易发生早期转移，预后差。%ObJective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of different molecular subtypes of HER-2 negative breast cancer. Methods according to the expression of ER, PR, HER2, Ki16 in breast cancer were divided into luminal A, luminal B, overexpression of Her2 type, three yin and unknown type ifve types, the HER-2 negative for luminal A and three negative breast cancer. In 2003 March to 2008 March 325 cases of breast cancer in our hospital were screened in patients with A negative expression of HER-2 luminal and three negative breast cancer 80 cases, observe the pathological characteristics of the two types, and to discuss the prognosis. Results 58 patients luminal A breast cancer in histological grade, gradeⅢ46 cases (79.3%), 12 cases of grade II (20.7%), lymph node metastasis in 21 cases of early (36.2%);22 cases of three negative breast cancer, histological grade to grade II, 16 cases (72.7%), 4 cases of grade III (18.2%), 2 cases ofⅡ(9.1%), lymph node metastasis in 15 cases of early (68.2%). Conclusion luminal A breast cancer tissue differentiation is low, less malignant, aggressive low, relatively good prognosis;degree of breast cancer three Yin high differentiation, prone to early metastasis, poor prognosis.
