基于假言命题的《金匮要略》“以通为和”体系初探

摘要

Zhang Zhongjing′s theory system was analyzed by propositional logic correlation method from the aspects of the proposi-tion of “Without Obstruction Is Harmony” and taking “the unobstructed” as the logical starting point. The corpus was selected from the Golden Chamber, with the application of hypothetical proposition forms and its methods of reasoning, interpreting and refactoring the contents, so as to illustrate the theoretical thought of “Without Obstruction Is Harmony” from Zhang Zhongjing′s treatment. It is found that Zhang Zhongjing always regarded“Without Obstruction Is Harmon” as his treatment principle. He was aimed at eliminating pathogenic factors so as to dredging qi, blood and meridian, and finally to achieve the goal of human health. And the necessary and sufficient condition for proposition that Zhang Zhongjing always followed is that if and only if there is “no obstruction”, then it is “Harmony”.%从“以通为和”的命题层面，以“通”为逻辑起点，分析张仲景方证理论体系。从《金匮要略》中寻找语料，应用假言命题的形式、逻辑性质及其推理，诠释和重构条文，从治疗疾病层面，阐述张仲景诊疗体系中蕴含着的“以通为和”思想。结果发现，仲景始终以“五脏元真通畅，人即安和”为治病用药原则，治疗主旨均是在祛除邪气，恢复气血经脉的通畅循行，以达人体安和健康的目标。治病始终符合一个充分必要条件命题逻辑，即“当且仅当通，则和”。
