压浆修复桥梁铰缝技术模型试验与分析

         

摘要

针对桥梁铰缝损坏修复,提出压浆修复技术。为研究该技术的可行性,以某跨径8m的钢筋混凝土空心板梁桥为原型,设计并制作该桥1/4缩尺模型,进行铰缝完好状态、损坏状态及压浆修复状态下模型试验,测试各工况下结构的位移、应变及横向分布系数。分析试验结果表明:铰缝完好状态时,荷载横向传递较好;铰缝损坏状态时,剪力传递不畅,横向分布系数极不均匀,呈跳跃性变化,在偏载工况下表现出严重的单板受力现象;压浆修复状态时,各板跨中荷载~位移、荷载~应变曲线恢复到铰缝完好状态下的水平,横向分布系数实测值与铰缝完好状态实测值及理论值相近,说明该压浆修复技术能够有效地恢复桥梁损伤铰缝的剪力横向传递能力。%For the restoration of the hinge joints of bridges ,the grouting remedial technique was put forward .In order to study the feasibility of the technique ,a void reinforced concrete slab beam bridge with span length of 8 m was taken as the sample bridge .The 1∶4 scale model of the bridge was prepared for the model tests under the conditions of intimate hinge joints ,damaged hinge joints and remedying hinge joints using grouting ,respectively ,to test the structural dis‐placement ,strain and transverse distribution coefficient under different load cases .The results of the analysis show that when the hinge joints are intimate ,loads are transferred well in the trans‐verse direction;whereas when the hinge joints are damaged ,the shear force transmission is ob‐structed ,the transverse distribution coefficient remains extremely uneven and exhibits jump chan‐ges;and under the eccentric load case ,severe single slab load bearing phenomenon was observed . Under the grouting remedial condition ,the load~displacement curve and the load~strain curve in the midspan of each slab restored to the state when the hinge joints were in intimate state .The measured transverse distribution coefficient is in accord with the measured and theoretical results of the hinge joints in intimate state ,which means the grouting remedial technique can effectively restore the shear force transverse transferring ability of the damaged hinge joints of bridges .
