4线铁路曲线斜拉桥钢箱梁受力及疲劳性能分析

         

摘要

为研究独塔弯曲斜拉桥钢箱梁在4线铁路重载下的疲劳特性,以主跨2×175 m ,平曲线半径为1147.8 m的贵广铁路东平水道桥为背景,对主跨正交异性桥面板钢箱主梁在轴力、竖向弯矩、横向弯矩和扭矩耦合作用及剪力滞效应下的受力性能及抗疲劳性能进行分析。分析结果表明:在多线铁路活载和附加力等最不利荷载组合下,钢箱梁结构总体受力良好;钢箱梁在1.6线的ZK荷载作用下,叠加应力能满足规范中的疲劳强度要求;扁平钢箱梁截面在多线铁路弯斜拉桥设计中具有较好的适用性。%To study the fatigue performance of steel box girder of the curved cable‐stayed bridge under hefty loads from four railway tracks ,the Dongping Waterway Bridge on the Guiyang‐Guangzhou Railway ,which has two main spans of 175 m each and a plane curve radius of 1 147 .8 m ,was taken as the study background .The load bearing behavior and fatigue performance of the steel box girder covered with orthotropic plates in the main spans under the actions of axial forces , vertical bending moment and the coupling of transverse bending moment and torsional moment as well as the shear lag effect were analyzed .The results of the analysis indicate that the global load bearing performance of the steel box girder is good under the most adverse load combination of live loads from multiple rail tracks and the additional forces .Under the ZK loads from 1 .6 tracks ,the superimposed stresses in the steel box girder can meet the requirements of fatigue strength in the codes .And the flat steel box girder has good applicability in the design of curved cable‐stayed bridge with multiple rail tracks .
