目的：探讨手术室品管圈活动对提高护理质量增进医护关系的影响。方法：将200例手术分为干预前和干预后各100例，比较护理人员解决问题、分析问题、沟通问题的能力，并统计手术和麻醉配合情况。结果：干预后护理人员解决问题、分析问题、沟通问题能力均显著高于干预前(P＜0.05)，干预后外科医师和麻醉医师对于手术室护士在器械准备满意率、设备故障排除率、设备器械准备准确率及麻醉配合满意率方面显著高于干预前(P＜0.05)。结论：手术室品管圈活动对提高护士责任感和业务能力，提高手术安全性，融洽医护关系具有积极意义。%Objective: To investigate the function of quality control circle (QCC) program in improving the physician-nurse relationship. Methods: Overall 200 cases undergoing surgery were respectively divided into before and after the intervention group with 100 cases in each. Nurses' ability of solving and analyzing problems as well as communicating skills were compared and the cooperating condition between operation and anesthesia were explored in the two groups. Results: The problem-solving and analyzing ability of the nurses as well as their communicating skills after the intervention were markedly higher than that before the intervention (P<0.05); the satisfactory rate of the surgeon and anesthesiologist to the nurses in preparing operating instruments, fault removal efficiency of the e-quipment, the accuracy of preparing instruments and equipment as well as the coordination with anesthesia after the intervention were notably higher than that before the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: The QCC program can en-hance the nurses' responsibility and operational capacity in operating room to improve surgical safety and positively harmonize the physician-nurse relationship.
