品管圈活动对高血压患者服药依从性的影响

Abstract：Objective To explore effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on medication compliance of patients with hypertension. Methods QCC group was set up, and medication compliance of hypertension patients was investigated. Brainstorming was performed to analyze the reason of poor medication compliance, and the countermeasures were proposed by using PDCA cycle process and the implementation of continuous quality improvement.  Medication compliance and nursing satisfaction rate before and after implementation of QCC were analyzed and compared. Results After implementation of QCC, the incidence rate of poor medication compliance was 3.51%, which was significantly lower than 9.32% before implementation of QCC. Nursing satisfaction rate after implementation of QCC was 95.27%, which was significantly higher than 80.41% before implementation of QCC (P0.05). Target achieving rate was 129.98%, and the progress rate was 62.34%. Conclusion The implementation of QCC can improve medication compliance and satisfaction rate in hypertension patients.
