品管圈活动对患儿雾化依从性的影响

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate influence of quality control circle(QCC) activities on compliance of atomization children. Methods Quality control circle group was established, and took improving the compliance of children with atomization as the theme, the factors affecting compliance in children with atomization was analyzed and corresponding measures was taken, treatment compliance of children before and after atomization inhalation was compared. Results After QCC, aerosol compliance of children was 72.5%, which was greatly improved than 25.0% before QCC,  repeated medicine of children with atomization was greatly reduced. Conclusion Quality circle activity can improve the compliance of children with atomization, ensure the efficacy of treatment, reduce pain, and improve the satisfaction of families, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
