三峡升船机螺母柱PAGEL灌浆工艺试验研究

         

摘要

三峡升船机螺母柱设备底板背面和钢埋件外表面均有凸出的梯形齿,二者的梯形齿相互咬合,螺母柱安装定位后,齿间的间隙灌注特殊的混凝土砂浆PAGEL VI/50.灌浆前进行了1∶1比例的室外灌浆模拟试验,以获得可靠的灌浆工艺参数,验证灌浆机具适用性、灌浆密封效果、材料的可灌性和灌浆实施效果等,为后期螺母柱设备灌浆施工提供技术支持和参考.%Both the external surfaces of embedded steel parts and the back surfaces of base plates in Three Gorges Ship lift have protruded trapezoidal teeth, and these trapezoidal teeth bite each other. After the positioning of nut posts, the spaces between trapezoidal teeth will be grouted with special concrete mortar PAGEL V1/50. The outdoor grouting experiment in a model with a ratio of 1:1 is conducted to obtain reliable grouting parameters and verify the applicability of grouting equipments, the sealing effect, the groutabilily of materials and the grouting effects. The results will provide technical supports and references to the actual grouting of nut posts.
