不同配合比对预制混凝土U型槽质量影响的试验研究

摘要

The important factors of precast concrete u-shaped slot appearance quality stand or fall is the concrete mix proportion, it′s about the various performance of concrete, and has directly associat-ed with the quality of the components. Analysis of the different mixture ratio u-shaped slot compo-nent under test result, whether the contrasted the incorporation of fly ash, formulated the mixture so-lution. The result of process production and u-shaped slot component production has a good guiding significance.%混凝土配合比是影响预制混凝土U型槽外观质量好坏的重要因素，其关系到混凝土的各项性能，与构件的质量有着直接紧密的联系。对不同配合比下的U型槽构件的试验成果进行分析，对是否粉煤灰掺入做了对比，制定了配合比方案，分析成果对工艺制作及U型槽构件制作有很好的指导意义。
