独立学院法学专业学生就业力培养的思考--以厦门大学嘉庚学院的办学实践为例

就业力反映着高等教育的质量和水平，也在很大程度上决定着毕业生就业率的高低。独立学院定位于“知识应用型”人才的培养，在知识、能力、素质方面有其特殊要求。高就业力的法学专业学生应该具备“听、说、读、写”四种实际能力，成为法律应用领域的知识应用型人才。独立学院法学院要针对这种特殊性，通过各种渠道，培养法学学生的特色就业力。%Employability ref lects the level of quality in higher education, but also largely determines the level of employment rates. Talents independent colleges located in the “knowledge applied talents”, the culture has its special requirements in the knowledge, ability and quality aspects. High employability of law students should have four kinds of real capacity of “listening, speaking, reading and writing”, to become law applied in the field of “knowledge applied talents”. Independent School of Law should address this particularity, through various channels, the characteristics of the employability.
