情景模拟与角色扮演式教学法在刑事诉讼法课程教学中的应用--以厦门大学嘉庚学院2013级法学专业某课程班为例

     

摘要

现代法学本科教育应着眼于培养掌握法学专业知识并具备法律专门技能的应用型法律人才,从而要加强法学专业类课程的实践性教学。由于刑事诉讼法学课程的应用性强、程序性的特征,我们开展刑事诉讼法课程教学中引入情景模拟与角色扮演式教学方法的尝试,在具体实施中,建立一种有别于传统法学实践教学的以“学生为主体、教师为主导”的情景式互动式教学方法。%Modern law undergraduate education should aim at fostering applied legal talents who masters professional knowledge of law and legal specialized skills. Thus, it has to strengthen the practical teaching of the specialized courses of legal science. Because of the strong applicability and procedural feature of the criminal procedural law course, we should be free to try out the scenario simulation and role-playing teaching method when carrying out the teaching of the criminal procedure law, and establish interactive teaching methods of the "students as the main body, teachers as the leading" type in the concrete implementation which is different from the traditional practice teaching.
