技术素养:技术应用型人才培养的哲学思考

         

摘要

技术素养是技术应用型人才的基本标志,其内涵及养成策略是由技术的特征所决定。高等(职业)技术教育的人才培养需要高度重视技术素养的养成,加强技术训练与技术实践,依据技术流程(产品生产过程与岗位工作过程)进行教学流程改造,特别是作为技术素养的核心要素——技术思维和技术文化,需要通过教学模式的设计和实施,促进技术思维力和技术文化能力的形成。%Technological literacy is the basic symbol of applied talents of technology. Its connotation and formation strategy is determined by the characteristics of technology. The personnel training of higher vocational and technical education needs to pay close attention to technological literacy cultivation, and strengthen technical training and technical practice. According to the technical (product production process and post process) process of transformation of teaching process, especially for the technology literacy core elements -- technological thinking and technological culture, it should promote the formation of thinking ability and cultural ability through the design and implementation of teaching mode.
