Improving assessment of the ideological and political theory course is an important issue about implementing the scientific concept of development, promoting the building of ideological and political theory courses, and raising the quality of education. The universal examination is not conducive to the improvement of student's learning motivation and the development of innovation ability. We should conduct reform from the usual examination and the final examination. The usual examination includes student attendance, class notes, usual homework, classroom interaction; final assessment implements from the assessment methods, assessment content, and assessment results.
