安徽省动漫产业发展现状及动漫人才培养模式研究

摘要

In the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the cultural industry is considered as a pillar industry of the national economy. The animation industry, as the cultural industry vanguard, has an important role in enhancing the country's soft power. Anhui province is in an important period of developing to a strong animation province from a big animation province, so the talents play a vital role. Currently Anhui animation training model is relatively simple and lack of high-end creative talent, and the talents with both technology and art are less, so the supply and demand is not balance. In this paper, from innovation of "school-enterprise marriage", the "three-stage" training mode is applied. This mode focuses on the development of high-end creative talent and complex talent and can to contribute to the strategic transformation of Anhui animation industry.%国家“十二五规划”将文化产业作为国民经济的支柱产业来发展，动漫产业作为文化产业的先锋军，对提升国家软实力有着重要作用。安徽面临从动漫大省想动漫强省转变的重要时期，人才起着至关重要的作用。目前安徽的动漫人才培养模式比较单一，高端创意人才缺乏，技术与艺术兼具的复合型人才较少，供需不平衡。本文通过创新“校企联姻”，采用“三阶段”人才培养模式，注重人才的长期系统培养，重点发展高端创意人才以及复合型人才，为安徽省动漫产业的战略转型做出贡献。
