PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a research development plan taking a schedule into consideration and carry out alterations, modifications and the like at proper times by disposing respective purposes in compliance with the lapse of time. ;SOLUTION: A plan table is set in a linear shape for the purpose of securing respective processes required for the achievement of the target of research development, planning a research development plan and managing the same. A 'daily schedule' column 131 and a 'stage' column 132 in which the lapse of time is filled, a 'research development process flow chart' column 133 and a 'business activity action flow chart' 134 in which symbols representing respective processes to be executed at the points of time and symbols connecting between respective symbols and representing the flow of processes are filled in the direction set up in compliance with the 'daily schedule' and 'stage' columns and crossing the positions corresponding set symbols and also symbols connecting respective symbols and representing the flow of processes are set on one sheet 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
