Research on animation industry development and talent training mechanism in energy conservation industry of Henan

While international and domestic animation industry is developing rapidly, animation industry in energy conservation industry of Henan is relatively lagging behind. The main factors that restrict the development of Henan's animation industry are imperfect talent training system, relative lack of government-leading, backward production technology, no market mechanism, etc.; the main countermeasures are strengthening the government-leading, establishing a unified talent training base, promoting school-enterprise cooperation, developing market awareness and taking full advantage of Henan's historical, cultural resources, human resources and energy conservation industry.
