基于职业角色的工业工程专业体验式教学模式的研究

     

摘要

The present teaching mode for industrial engineering profession and its defects in personnel training are analyzed.The experience type teaching mode for industrial engineering based on occupation role is presented and its implementation plans as well as methods are suggested.By the reformation of experience type teaching mode,the detail thinks are explored while building the industrial engineering profession hierarchy system.The detail thinks are as those how enhance the students' profession consciousness based on the work process of occupation role of enterprises,so as to increase the comprehensive engineering capability.This teaching mode aim at realizing the connection between the train objective for industrial engineering profession and demands in management and skill type personnel of modern enterprises,and it also try to train student to become a quality engineer at graduation.%分析了当前工业工程专业的教学模式及其在人才培养方面存在的不足,提出了基于职业角色的工业工程专业体验式教学模式及其实施思路和方法.通过体验式教学模式的改革,探索工业工程专业教学体系构建时,如何基于企业职业角色的工作过程增强学生的职业意识,提高学生的综合工程素质和实践创新能力.该教学模式旨在使工业工程专业人才的培养目标与现代企业对管理型和技能型人才的需求相匹配.努力使学生在毕业后能成为一名合格的工业工程师.
