基于发展的理念，从以下四个维度对我国高校资助育人工作研究展开述评：高校资助育人政策的历史演变———发展历程；以经济资助研究为主，向物质精神同扶持转变———发展特点；高校贫困生的素质培养与能力开发———发展基础；建设高校资助育人工作的长效机制———发展保障。从发展理念出发，构建全人教育理念指导下的资助育人工作格局，全面推动我国高校资助育人工作成效，服务人才培养。%Based on the development concept, the research of funding for education in the colleges and universities of China is expounded from four aspects. Historical evolution of the policy of funding for education in colleges and universities: development course. Transformation from focusing on the study of financial aid to mutual support of substance and spirit: development characteristics. Quality education and ability development of the poor students in colleges and universities: development foundation. Long-term mechanism of constructing the work of funding for education in colleges and universities: development guarantee. From the concept of development, the work pattern of funding for education should be constructed by the idea of holistic education concept to promote the work performance of funding for education in colleges and universities of China and serve the talent cultivation.
