澳大利亚高等教育和国家教学标准*

摘要

本文重点介绍澳大利亚制定高等教育教与学国家标准的进展，主要包括高等教育标准专家组和国家管理机构---第三级教育质量与标准局的作用，以及这一进程如何影响教与学、学生评估的思想与实践。%This paper focuses on the progress being made in Australia to introduce a set of national standards for teaching and learning in higher education,including the role of the Higher Education Standards Panel and the national regulator,the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TE-QSA),and how this process is affecting thinking and practices around teaching,learning and student assessment.
