对pVTt法气体流量标准装置标准容器温度场特性进行非稳态仿真研究.简要介绍了双容器型pVTt法气体流量标准装置的检定原理,分别建立了自然环境与水浴恒温环境下的三维仿真模型,利用Fluent软件依次计算进气过程与均匀过程标准容器温度场时变特性,分析仿真数据并给出测温点布置思路.结果表明:温度场进入稳态的时间由自然环境下的436s缩短至水浴恒温下的201 s,水浴恒温大大加快了温度场稳定进程;水浴恒温下的稳态温度场沿轴向对称分布,且其温度场内最大温差值小于0.01 K,消除了自然环境下严重的稳态温度梯度.%Unsteady simulation research on temperature characterization in the collection tank of pVTt gas flow calibration facility is carried out. Calibration principle of pVTt is introduced. 3D model is built up in nature environment and water-bath condition respectively. The time-varying characteristic of temperature field is calculated by fluent-software,from intake process to homogeneity period orderly. The simulation data is analyzed and ideas is presented about how to lay the thermocouple point. The result shows that temperature stabilisation period shortened from 436 s in nature environment to water-bath' s 201 s, which indicates water-bath greatly speeds up the temperature field stable process. Steady temperature field in water-bath condition distributes symmetrically with the axis of the tank, where the maximum temperature difference is less than 0. 01 K, and the serious temperature gradient existed in nature environment disappeared.
