基于MEMS三维磁阻传感器的电子指南针的研究

         

摘要

An electronic compass which based on accelerometer and MEMS 3D magnetoresistive sensor is introduced. Compared with the electronic compass which based on 2-axes magnetoresistive sensor,this system can effectively compensate the angle error. The principle of measurement, hardware design and software process are introduced. By the method of intermediate average filtering , limit filtering and first order lag filtering, the maximum error of the system is less than 1°. The experiment result shows that the system can meet the demand of common navigatation field.%介绍了一种基于MEMS的三维磁阻传感器和加速度传感器的电子指南针系统.相对于由两轴磁阻传感器制造的电子指南针,该系统能够有效补偿倾斜角产生的误差.重点介绍了该系统的测量原理、硬件设计、软件流程.通过中位置均值滤波、限幅滤波、一阶滞后滤波,最大误差控制在1°以内.实验结果表明:本系统可以满足于一般导航领域的要求.
