An echo signal processing method combining software and hardware for time-differencing ultrasonic measurement is studied. The hardware constitution and realization method, the software design procedure, and the major functions of the software are described. An ultrasonic echo signal conditioning module extracts original ultrasonic wave signal from the receiving transducer and converts it into a stable echo signal which is easy to process by the follow-up processing circuit. By using programmable property of FPGA, digital signal processing module is designed, with which the zero-crossing comparison signal and the threshold comparison signal are obtained to lock up the arriving time of echo signal.%研究了一种软、硬件结合的时差式超声测量回波信号处理方法.分析介绍了系统的硬件组成和实现方法,概述了软件设计流程与主要功能.超声回波信号调理模块提取从接收换能器得到的原始超声波信号并转换成后续处理电路易于处理的稳定回波信号.利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的可编程特性设计了数字信号处理模块,得到过零比较信号和阈值比较信号,从而锁定回波到达时刻.
