基于部分承载模型的动态称重系统,能够满足车辆在高速行驶状态下的精确动态称重.然而当车轮静止于传感器上再次启动时,受其模型所限误差较大.针对这一问题以路面交互模型为基础,融合线性分割方法,提出一种基于线性分割的部分承载动态称重模型,并开发了4排并列式动态称重系统.经过实验对比验证,使用新模型构成的动态称重系统能够在车辆变速以及起停状态下整车误差仅为±2%,为重车限重管理系统、非现场治超等应用提供了一定的支持.%Focusing on the large error of partly load-bearing dynamic weighing sensor,propose a partly load-bearing dynamic weighing model based on linear segmentation and developed a four-row paratactic dynamic weighing system,based on pavement interaction model and partly load-bearing dynamic weighing model,combined with linear segmentation. Contrast experimental results verify that error of dynamic weighting system using new model,maintains within ± 2%,when speed changes and vehicle is start-stop state. Dynamic weighting system propels development of EWTC system and off-site treatment.
