电控单体泵高速电磁阀电磁力关键影响因素

     

摘要

电控单体泵高速电磁阀电磁力决定了电磁阀的快速响应.利用Ansoft软件建立了高速电磁阀数值仿真模型,通过与试验数据对比得出电磁力最大偏差为9%,验证了仿真模型的准确性.应用仿真模型研究了铁芯、励磁线圈、衔铁、工作气隙和驱动电流等参数的变化对电磁力的影响,得出了励磁线圈匝数、工作气隙、驱动电流和衔铁厚度是电磁力的主要影响因素.应用试验设计的方法,进行了相关性分析,得出各种因素和电磁力之间的相关系数.结果表明,不但参数的单因素和电磁力有相关性,参数交互作用因素和电磁力也有相关性.%The electromagnetic force of high-speed solenoid valve for electronic unit pump (EUP)deter- mines the fast response of high-speed solenoid valve. A simulation model of high-speed solenoid valve was established in Ansoft environment. The accuracy of the model was validated by comparing with the ex- perimental results and the maximum deviation is 9%. The change of iron core, excitation coil, armature, working air gap and drive current parameters on the influence of the electromagnetic force have been studied by the simulation model. It is concluded that the turns of excitation coil, working air gap, drive current and thickness of armature are the major influencing factors on electromagnetic force. By us- ing the design of experiments (DOE)method, correlation between various factors and electromagnetic force was analyzed. The results show that not only the single factor but also the interaction factor of vari- ous influencing parameters has correlation with the electromagnetic force.
