天然气/柴油双燃料射流喷射及其相互作用试验

     

摘要

在定容弹上利用高速摄影纹影法开展了不同环境压力和喷射压力下的天然气/柴油双燃料高压喷射射流特性试验.通过纹影照片得到了不同喷射压力和环境压力下的射流贯穿距、射流锥角和射流面积随时间变化的规律.结果表明:随着环境压力增大, 天然气贯穿距和射流面积减小, 射流锥角增大;随着天然气喷射压力增大, 天然气射流贯穿距与射流面积增大, 气体射流锥角逐渐减小.在较高环境压力和喷射压力情况下, 双燃料喷射中的柴油射流对天然气射流的发展具有促进作用.当环境压力达到0.9, MPa时, 双燃料射流中的气体射流锥角比单燃料射流高出12%, , 双燃料射流中的气体射流贯穿距比单燃料射流整体低了5%, 左右.%An experimental study of the jet characteristics of natural gas and diesel was investigated in a constant volume vessel using high speed photography.The jet characteristics under various injection conditions were measured by the schlieren.Results shows that the gas jet penetration and gas jet area decrease with the increase of the ambient pressure, while the gas jet angle increases with the increase of the ambient pressure.The gas jet penetration and gas jet area increase with the increase of injection pressure, while the gas jet angle decreases with the increase of injection pressure.The diesel jet promotes the development of the gas jet at higher gas injection pressure and ambient pressure conditions.At the ambient pressure of 0.9, MPa, the gas jet angle of dual-fuel jet is 12%, higher than that of single-fuel jet, while the gas jet penetration of dual-fuel jet is 5%, lower than that of single-fuel jet.
