改革开放以来中国法治进程回顾与展望

摘要

改革开放以来中国法治走过了一段不平凡的路程，其中既有矫人的成绩，也有一些的失误，我们必须对此认真地加以检讨。文章力图客观地从整体上对改革开放以来中国激荡的法治进程作一宏观的梳理与把握，为同行，也为后人留下一点记忆，总结其成绩，暴露其问题，分析其成因，并从中寻找一些带有规律性的东西。%Since reform and opening up the rule of law in China has gone through an extraordinary journey, and there are both good results and some mistakes, which we should review carefully. The author seeks to objectively make a macro sorting out and grasping the stirring process of rule of law across China since reform and opening up, to leave a little memory, to summarize the results, to expose the problems, to analyze its causes, and to look for some things with regularity not only for peers but also for future generations.
