“政行校企”办学模式下学生党员的培养发展

摘要

政行校企合作办学模式下学生党员的培养发展，是校企合作办学过程中出现的新情况、新问题，也是学生党员培养发展工作的新内容、新思路。从政行校企合作能够促进学生党员的后续培养发展、政行校企各方在培养发展学生党员中的地位作用和具体措施三个方面，分析阐述了政行校企合作办学模式中学生党员的培养发展问题，有助于推动高职院校学生党员的培养发展工作。%Cultivation and development of the student party members in the cooperative education mode of government-industry association-school-enterprise is not only the new situation and new problems which emerges in the process of school-enterprise cooperation education,but also the new ideas in the cultivation and development work of the student party members.Author studied three aspects.The first, cooperative education of government-industry association-school-enterprise could promote cultivation and development of the student party members.The second, the parties of government-industry association-school-enterprise played the status and role of cultivation and development of the student party members.The third, the parties of government-industry association-school-enterprise taked the specific measures of cultivation and development of the student party members.Author also analyzed and discussed the problem of which cultivation and development of the student party members in the cooperative education mode of government-industry association-school-enterprise could promote the cultivation and development work of the student party members in vocational colleges.
