加强高校学生工作内涵建设发展，进一步提高学生工作质量和效益，提升学生工作在高校人才培养工作中的贡献率，是学生工作的当务之急。管理有三种境界，底层次管理是人管人，中层次管理是制度管人，高层次管理是文化管人。高校学生工作作为一种教育、管理、服务、引导、发展相结合的实践活动，实现其高层次建设发展的关键和核心是加强文化建设。%Strengthening college students’work connotation construction and development, further improving the quality and efficiency of the students’ work, and enhancing the contribution rate of students’ work for cultivation of talents in colleges, is the priority for management students’work . There are three basic levels of management, the bottom level is managing people by people, the middle level is by regulations, and the high level is by culture. College students’work is a combination of practical activities including education, management, services, guidance, and development, the key and core of the high level of college students’work development is to strengthen the construction of culture.
