解脲脲原体生物群与耐药关系的初步探究

             

摘要

ObjectiveTo investgate the common antimicrobial resistance level of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and the relationships between biovars and resistance for .the distribution of pathogens,and risk factor analysis in septicemia infection,for providing the basis for guiding clinical rational use of antibiotics.MethodsFluorescence quantitative PCR was applied to distinguishing Uu biovars.Identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing mycoplasma susceptibility kits(culture method). 573 cases of mycoplasma infectionfor were tested and identified Uu were carried on the biological group and antimicrol susceptibility testing.Analyse the result of the experiment.ResultsIn a total of 573 cases,259 cases of Uu were positive.Uu positive rate wes 45.20%(259/573).Among them,biovar 1 accounted for 154, whose positive rate was 59.46%(154/259),and biovar 2 accounted for 63,whose positive rate was 24.32%(63/259). Common infection cases were 27 and positive rate was 10.42%(27/259).Unknown type cases were 15 and positive rate was 5.79%(15/259).Uu was resistant to 12 kinds of antimicrol agents.ConclusionThe analysis I combination of susceptibility tests showed biovar 1 was more sensitive to DOX、SPA、ROX、CLA、JOS、SPE and ASP than biovar 2(P﹤0.05) . Uu biovar is associated with the drug resistance and the resistance in biovar 2 is more severe.%目的:了解解脲脲原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)生物群对常用抗菌药物的耐药程度及生物群与耐药性之间的关系,为指导临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法解脲脲原体生物群鉴定采用Uu核酸扩增荧光定量PCR技术,支原体鉴定及药敏试验采用支原体药敏试剂盒(培养法)。于573例支原体感染标本中鉴定出解脲脲原体,并对其进行生物分群及药敏试验,对实验结果进行统一分析。结果573例标本中259例Uu呈阳性,Uu的阳性率为45.20%,其中生物1群154例,阳性率为59.46%(154/259),生物2群63例,阳性率为24.32%(63/259),生物1群和生物2群共同感染27例,阳性率为10.42%(27/259),未知型15例,阳性率为5.79%(15/259)。 Uu对抗菌药物均产生了一定的耐药性。结论 Uu两个生物群的药敏检测结果比较分析显示:生物2群对强力霉素、司帕沙星、罗红霉素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素、壮观霉素、螺旋霉素的耐药性均比生物1群高(P<0.05)。 Uu生物群与耐药性有关,生物2群较为严重。
