RD人员开放科学的动机与决策行为——基于竞赛模型

摘要

首先通过因子分析探寻了R&D人员开放科学的复杂动机,然后利用聚类分析法探寻了不同学科条件下R&D人员开放科学动机的差异性,最后利用简单的博弈模型分析了R&D人员开放科学的决策过程.%Firstly,this paper explores the complex motivations of R&D personnel to open science through the factor analysis.Then through the cluster analysis,it finds out the differences in the motivations of R&D personnel under different subject conditions.Finally,it analyzes the deci-sion-making process of open science of R&D personnel through a simple game model.
