基于Ansoft的高铁牵引电机故障的小波包分析

     

摘要

通过Ansoft建立高铁牵引电机的有限元2D、3D模型,将外部激励控制电路与有限元模型中的定子绕组进行关联,对牵引电机A相定子绕组匝间短路和转子导条断路故障状态下的定子三相电流进行仿真.提取故障信号进行小波包理论8层分解并重构信号,依据不同的故障特征频率进行分析,以故障频带能量为判据,准确的判断高铁牵引电机的电气故障,同时为有限元分析电机故障提供了可行性方法.%This article through finite element analysis software ansoft establishes a high-speed traction motor of 2D,3D models,and external excitation control circuit associated with stator winding in finite element model,emulates traction motor in stator winding turn to turn short circuit and rotor broken bar to get stator three-phase current.The 8 layer analysis of the stator current signal in different condition is carried out by wavelet packet,according to the fault characteristic frequency band,can accurately determine the electrical fault of high speed railway traction motor.It provides a feasible method for the finite element analysis of motor fault diagnosis.
