基于PLC程序实现格雷码转换成二进制码

文章介绍了一种解决处理绝对位置的方法.采用绝对位置编码器配合西门子PLC实现了程序读取绝对位置,这是一个高效、稳定、误码率极低的一个设计,此设计的一个关键环节即是编码器产生的格雷码转换成二进制码的程序设计.此案例应用于科技馆展品,也是展品设计者值得借鉴的好案例.%This paper introduces a solution to deal with the absolute position.Absolute position encoder with Siemens PLC to realize the program gets the absolute position,it is a highly efficient,stable,low error rate,the key aspect of this design is the encoder generates Gray code into binary code programming.This case applies to science and technology museum exhibits,but also exhibits designers should learn from the case.
