基于PLC的汽车空调压缩机耐久性试验装置控制系统设计

摘要

以汽车空调压缩机耐久性试验装置控制系统为研究背景,在对汽车空调压缩机耐久试验控制要求详细分析和研究的基础上,提出了以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)应用为核心的控制系统方案.试验结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,能够很好地满足测试要求.%In the background of control system of vehicle air conditioning compressor durability test device,the control requirement of vehicle air conditioning compressor durability test is analyzed in detail.The control system program is put forward based on PLC.The results of test show that the control system is stable and reliable.The requirements of test are well positioned to meet.
