摘要:Pueraria radix is a kind of Chinese medicine which is rich in polysaccharides. The research aims to analyze the antibacterial activity of Pueraria radix polysaccharides. The antimierobial activities of Pueraria radix polysaccharides were determined with F%葛根是一种富含多糖的中药,试验旨在测定葛根多糖的抑菌活性.试验采用平板打洞法测定葛根多糖的抑菌效果;进而采用试管法测定葛根多糖的最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明葛根多糖对供试菌种有明显的抑制作用,其中对枯草芽孢杆菌抑制作用最强,MIC=3mg/ml.试验说明葛根多糖具有一定的抑菌活性.
