目的：探讨益气健脾补肾法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果极其对炎症因子和肾功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将开封市中医院内分泌科2013年11月—2015年10月治疗的93例糖尿病肾病患者分组，对照组46例给予西医常规治疗，观察组47例在对照组的基础上给予益气健脾补肾法，治疗结束后对比两组总有效率，以及血清炎性因子和肾功能的变化。结果观察组的总有效率达到93.62%，明显高于对照组的76.09%(P﹤0.05)，治疗后观察组炎症因子明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05)，治疗后观察组肾功能明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论益气健脾补肾法能通过降糖、降脂、提高机体免疫力、抑制细胞纤维化等作用改善各种临床指标，对减慢DN的发展有重要意义。%Objective To investigate the spleen and kidney Qi Treatment of diabetic nephropathy clinical effect is extreme-ly influence on inflammatory factors and renal function. Methods A random number table 93 cases of diabetic nephropathy in Kaifeng City Hospital of Endocrinology November 2013 to October 2015 treated groups, the control group received rou-tine western medicine, Qi observation group on the basis of the control group spleen and kidney, comparative total effective rate, and changes in serum inflammatory cytokines and renal function after treatment. Results The total efficiency of the ob-servation group was 93.62%, significantly higher than 76.09% (P<0.05), after treatment in the observation group were sig-nificantly lower inflammatory factors (P <0.05), after treatment, renal function was observed than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method by spleen and kidney Qi hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, improve immunity, improve the role of inhibition of cell fibrosis various clinical indicators, slow the progression of DN has important significance.
