聚丙烯土工格栅专用母粒研究

摘要

研究了两种自制母粒对聚丙烯1102 K力学和热学性能的影响,并与进口格栅专用母粒进行对比.结果表明:2#母粒具有非常突出的增韧效果,添加量为1%时,冲击强度提高了460%,拉伸断裂强度提高了19.5%,但是刚性有所损失;1#母粒对聚丙烯有很好的刚韧平衡性,当添加量为3%时,样品的屈服强度提高了6.9%,断裂强度提高了8.7%,综合性能优于进口母粒,可以在聚丙烯土工格栅领域推广应用.%Effect of two kinds of self-made masterbatch on the mechanical and thermal properties of polypropyl-ene 1102K were studied,and compared with imported grille dedicated masterbatch. The results showed that:2# mas-terbatch has a very prominent toughening effect,when the dosage was 1%,the impact strength increased by 460%and the tensile strength increased by 19. 5%, but the rigidity has declined;1 # masterbatch has good stiffness and toughness for polypropylene,when the dosage was 3%,the yield strength of samples increased by 6. 9% and the fracture strength increased by 8. 7%,the overall performance is better than imported masterbatch,can be used in the field of polypropylene geogrid.
