导弹公路运输模态试验研究

     

摘要

对某型号特种车辆进行模态试验的研究,分别采用了敲击法模态试验、路障冲击试验和跑车试验三种方法对特种车辆模态参数的识别进行了尝试.同敲击法识别结果对比发现:路障冲击试验识别出的2、3阶固有频率分别降低了15%和0.8%,跑车试验识别出的1至3阶固有频率分别降低了55%、29%和9%;从整车的振型来看,导弹公路运输低频段主要以刚体模态为主.通过研究解决了导弹公路运输模态试验方法的正确应用问题,可为相关领域内导弹公路运输模态试验的研究提供参考.%Based on a special vehicle, the modal parameter identification is investigated. At the same time, the method of the experimental and the parameter acquisition method is discussed. The striking method modal test,road-block shock test and transportation test are attempted for the modal parameter identification of the special vehicle. Contrast with the result of the striking method modal test: the second and third natural frequency of road-block shock test lower 15% and 0.8% respectively; the first, second and third natural frequency of transportation test lower 55%, 29% and 9% respectively. For the shape, the low frequency segment of the road transportation of missile is main rigid modal. In this paper, we solve the correct application of modal test for the road transportation of missile. The result can provide a reference for the response and loads of the new model road transportation of missile.
