The basic principles of random vibration response analysis were described in this article, finite element model of the valve and the cantilever structure was established. The convergence of the finite element model was studied with the method of static analysis. On this basis, the response of the cantilever structure under the random vibration load was researched. The distribution of the RMS value of the Von Mises stress and the PSD function of the peak stress point were obtained. The results show that the cantilever structure is safe under the given random vibration conditions.% 介绍了随机振动响应分析的基本原理,建立了氢循环预冷阀及悬臂结构的有限元模型,并采用静力学计算的方法对有限元模型进行了收敛性分析。在此基础上,对悬臂结构进行了随机振动响应分析,得到了悬臂部位Von Mises应力均方根值的分布及最大应力点均方根应力的功率谱密度函数结果。结果表明,在给定随机振动条件下,该阀体旁通悬臂梁结构是安全的。经实验验证,计算结果与实际情况相符。
