某发动机推力室内壁鼓起原因分析研究

     

摘要

针对某发动机推力室内壁鼓起烧蚀断裂问题,截取了推力室喉部区域进行三维的有限元建模分析,分别用静力分析以及动态响应分析计算了结构在压力及温度载荷作用下的塑性变形情况;同时计算了结构在高温阶段的稳态蠕变以及加速蠕变的蠕变变形。计算发现结构在喉部上游发生了塑性变形,引起内壁鼓起,但未超过其延伸率,而在加速蠕变阶段会产生很大的蠕变变形,导致了结构的断裂发生,计算预测的位置及形状和实际情况基本一致。%This paper is discussing about the problem of the muster and ablation on the inner wall of the thrust chamber. It intercepts the throat area of the thrust chamber for three-dimensional analysis of modeling finite element, then analyses and accounts the plastic deformation of this structure under the effect of pressure and temperature loads with the methods of static analysis and dynamic response analysis respectively. At the same time, it calculates the steady creep and accelerated creep deformation of the structure in the high temperature phase as well. The paper concludes that there is a plastic deformation in the upstream of the structure’s throat, which results in the muster on the inner wall, but not exceeding the material’s elongation, which causes great creep deformation in the stage of the accelerated creep, and finally results in the fracture of the structure. At last, the actual one is almost the same with the predicated location.
